can't scroll code completion dropdown list

can i customize the width and height of code completion dropdown list ?
some times it exceed my screen border , so i can't scrolling .

Can you provide a sample file that can be used to reproduce the problem?

i am using the 16.01 version , in fact i've experienced this problem while ago many times .
i'll try to make a reproducible example .
in other editors there is a grab in the right-down corner which let you to resize the dropown list .
