Setting indent preprocessor conditionals in AStyle plugin does not work

Hi

When I try to set "Indent preprocessor conditionals" in the AStyle Indentation property sheet under Settings -> Editor, I can check the box. But when I save, exit settings and run  AStyle, my code is not reformatted correctly. When I reopen the plugin configuration, "Indent preprocessor conditionals" is unchecked. In other words, my specified setting is not being saved.

I suspect this is a fairly simple oversight with the modified state not being properly saved on update.

CodeBlocks 16.01 on 64 bit Linux Mint Rosa.

FWIW: "Parentheses" is misspelt several times on the "Padding" property sheet.

This is reported here: https://sourceforge.net/p/codeblocks/tickets/352/ and it is already fixed in night builds.

The spelling I'll fix soon.
