HeLp with my library adding

hello everyone
i'm trying to add some libraries to my codeblockers but when i go to setting>compiler>linker setting and finally i add them up this error which is in the photo i attached appears

Please state in your post when you are NOT using a normal Code::Blocks (CB) Project.

Please save your files before trying to compile.
Edit: Relooked at image it looks like a CB startup message and NOT a compile message.

Please install a compiler to your Computer.
If all ready have a compiler installed, configure CB to find it.

Once you get a Compiler installed and Code::Blocks can find it to use.

I suggest reading this page and using a CB Project.
