MSVC2010+ project import is not work correctly

 When I import a VS2010+ version solution, CB offen go wrong; and import a VS2010+ version project, compiler flag is not correctly.

I found White-Tiger submit a patch(http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,19007.msg130029.html) to resolve this bug, but why it is not submitted to trunk ?
