Couldnt Save Project Error <invalid path>

If you describe the problem in more details we might be able to help you.
At the moment there is to little info even to guess what the root cause of the problem is.

ok so when i run code blocks and choose to create a new project. ill type a name in and itll say can not save project <invalid path>

There is a field that allows you to enter a path where you want to save the project.
Have you entered a valid path there?
Do you have permissions to write in this folder?

troll? Does the error message make any sense now? How about entering a path then? From where should codeblocks know where it should save your project?
