logs & other window hidden after every rebuild.

logs & other window are hidden after every rebuild that I do, but can of course be re-displayed by pressing F2.

Since I have the View,Logs item ticked, I expected that Logs & other window would always be displayed.

(Since I struggling to get configuration right, I always want to see the build log in Logs & other windows).

Am I doing something wrong or is this by design?
