cbp2make has linefeed issues and missing SVN properties.

FYI: The files under /src/tools/cbp2make has mixed linefeeds.
Also, missing SVN properties like svn:eol-style.

The files I notice in git,under windows,  having mixed line feeds.
/src/tools/cbp2make/src/buildtools.h
/src/tools/cbp2make/src/cbp2make.cpp
/src/tools/cbp2make/src/cbproject.cpp
/src/tools/cbp2make/src/cbptarget.cpp
/src/tools/cbp2make/src/platforms.cpp
/src/tools/cbp2make/src/platforms.h
