blank console? need help..

Hi all :D
First i want to say that i'm new here and im a amateur programmer, i just started using code blocks. I don't know much but there is a confusing problem that i can't solve:
i tried learning c++ and i tried to make the basic program "Hello World" so after i "Run" it i got a blank console, then i copied the code from the internet, so there were no mistakes, i compiled and built it, then i clicked "run" and got a blank console AGAIN -.-'
i uninstalled CB and installed it again, and then i got the same result..

Does some1 know a solution?
