Compiler tab "Other resource compiler options" move in 13.12 release version?

If I do a clean install of the 13.12 release version, the "Other resource compiler options" tab is missing under "Build options" --> "Compiler settings".  Did it move someplace else?  Can't seem to find it.

I've gone back to CB_20151115_rev10574 where it still appears.

IIRC, it never existed in 13.12. I suggest trying 15.12RC1.

Sorry, my mistake, too many hours debugging. While browsing files on sourceforge, I saw some alert announcing 13.12 was out and mistakenly thought it was the 15.12 final release.

Numbers are hard.  :o
