how install theme Solarized Light ?

Hi,,
i want install theme Solarized Light  :)

and i use cb_share_config but don't change any thing :(
i am use windows 8
what easy step to change theme to  Solarized Light ?

1. Start cb_share_config
2. Load the file from the wiki as the source
3. Load the default.conf file from the settings as a destination
4. Check the themes you like
5. Click the 'transfer >>' button
6. Save the default.conf file
7. Open cb
8. Settings -> Editor -> Syntax highlight -> Color theme -> select the one you've imported
