Merge templates

Let's assume that I have few templates, each attach one library. (by setting library and include directories, linked libraries, maybe some other options like preprocessor directives and maybe some source code ).

Let's assume that I developing project that uses more than one such libraries. Can I merge templates in some way?

Yes, the templates are simple squirrel scripts.
You can right click on it and choose the edit template option.
