Toolbars missing

How do I restore all the standard toolbar at once to 13-12? I only see the menu now.

I know you can use the menu > view to restore them one by one, but there should be a way to get them all back at once.   Can someone tell me how?

I vote for a menu item > view > Restore toolbars

Are you sure you've not switched to the minimal perspective (double clicking on editor tabs does this)?

Can't you go to View >> Perspectives >> Code::Blocks Default ?
