I installed codeblocks using a package manager http://git.exherbo.org/summer/packages/dev-util/codeblocks/index.html. After installing I get the error at the bottom. When I use --prefix as suggested(to it's share location). I still get the same error this is a svn version by the way.

Code::Blocks was configured to be installed in '/usr/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/share/codeblocks'.
Please use the command-line switch '--prefix' or set the CODEBLOCKS_DATA_DIR environment variable to point where Code::Blocks is installed,
or try re-installing the application...
