How to make cursor big plus shaped in C::B

Dear All,

Is there an option in C::B editor to make the cursor more visible for the developer as setting it to cover the whole editor area as horizontal and vertical plus sign shaped style ? I think that I saw that feature in MS visual studio and liked it very much, at first glance it seems very useful but I don't know in reality whether it will be a practical or not.
