HELP , Code::Blocks 13.12 can't run

It built successfully. but I clicked "Run" button multiple times and it didn't run my program

I am on linux mint 17.2 64bit

i think you are missing the correct terminal. I don't know the default terminal but it think you can try to install xterm and it should work..
