Why I cannot find Code Snippets in menu->view?

Hi,

I am reading the manual at:
http://www.codeblocks.org/docs/main_codeblocks_en.html

My code blocks version is Jan 27 2014, -wx2.8.12 linux, unicode, 64bit.
It is a 13.12 version of code-blocks.

Why I cannot find Code Snippets in my menu-> view as the manual said?
