MCS51, How config SDCC and CodeBlocks?

I want using SDCC and CodeBlock work, Can't output HEX file and build. How should I set up? Please help me.

In 'settings->compiler->other settings tab->advanced options->others', change 'object file extension' from 'o' to 'rel'.
