Quotation marks acting weird

I've been using Codeblocks for some time now and always when I pressed shift + "

I got "" with my cursor inbetween the quotes.

I started Codeblocks today and instead I have to press shift + " TWICE and the cursour appears outside of quotation marks.

Please help.  :(

You probably have disabled the brace completion option. It is Setting -> Editor -> General, I think.

I must've did it with some shortcut then because I don't remember changing any settings. I got it back to normal after rebooting my PC...
