I can't do anything with CB

I took a SS for you so you can see my problem.  I can compile nothing (because 1)  and I can't select any other compiler (2). No matter what I do I can't change the compiler.
Help me please!!!

Did you install a Compiler?

If yes, give information on the compiler installed.
Installation folder?
Compiler name and version?
