- new version 4.1.5
   1- when creating a project using the wizard, validate the construction 'Qt' menus
   2- disable the menu that pops up on 'Workspace'.

- new version 4.1.6
    1- in 'Creater' : we replace 'find with 'wxString::Find'
    2- modification of error messages when the executables of 'Qt' are not available
