What is compiled against wx3.0 ?
Code::Blocks, or just the plugin ?
Your post is not really clear, sorry.

Well, i compiled everything against wx3.0, since Debian Jessie doesn't have 2.8 anymore. Plugins are inside the source tree, not sure if it need wx3.0 or not.

I do:

1) Settings -> Editor -> Keyboard Shortcuts
2) On "Primary" profile, i select Build -> Run and set F10
3) Click OK -> It works
4) Close Codeblocks
5) inside .codeblocks/cbKeyBinder10.ini   i see
bind-2448-type4660=&Build\\Run|Run current project|F10|
Still there.
6) repoen C::B, Run (and cbKeyBinder10.ini) is back to original CTRL+F10

Strangely,. there are no issue if i set F1 to Help -> About

Regards

So it's F10 that can not be mapped, right ?
Read this: http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,8303.0.html and/or search the forum for F10 .
