Debug tool bar disappeared

I have been using CodeBlocks for about a week now. After moving a couple of toolbars back and forth I cant find my debug toolbar. The debug toolbar had a play button (build and run) and another red play button (debug) . I cant seem to find that toolbar. Any suggestions on how I could get that back ?

View -> Toolbars -> Fit toolbars or Optimize

The you're using older version than 13.12.

I am using 12.11 on Fedora 20. Could you tell me how to update ?
