Automatic update for wxWidget controls

DearAll,

Is there any way in C::B to update the current status of the widgets layout or make aware C::B that something changed in the layout? Because it seems that whenever I add the new widgets to the Frame at design time with wxSmith builder in C::B it doesn't reflect the current updated status of Frame widget layout it remains as it was at the time of creation of Frame.
