Problem with tab setting

Hi,

Have been using code block for almost 3 years. I screwed up some tab setting and as a result tabs name are not displayed and thus the close button for the tab and not able to switch tab with ease. PFA for screenshots. Please help me how to restore my tab settings to show multi-tab view.
