Is there a way of making the Call Stack Window not show up until asked?

It just keeps popping up and blocking my view of windows I need to see.  Of course I close it, but it keeps on popping up.

[Ubuntu 13.10 CB 13.12 from source, all std options included]

Yes, it's the call stack, but it doesn't happen on a fresh start up of CB.  It starts happening after a while.

Then you'll have to post the exact steps to reproduce it. For me it never happens.
