How to use the User keyword in syntax highlighting option

If I want to define some function names written by myself through  syntax highlighting option for c/c++ and I find User keyword is suitable for me.but I  find the User keyword is not in the keyword sets names from 1 to 9.How can I use the font color of the User keyword?
