cb 13.12 gives errors on load

Hi,
Just installed cb 13.12 on win 7 and when I start it, it gives this error:

An exception has been raised.

the application encountered an error at c:\cb1312\src\sdk\compiler.cpp on line 261

compiler ID already exists for gfortran

code:blocks version revision 9501 (gcc 4.7.1, build: dec 10 2013 22:27:49)

Then proceeds to give this warning:

plugin "compiler" failed to load

Is this the first time you've installed C::B on this computer or this have being an upgrade?

This is an upgrade (it was version 10 something before).
