menu shortcuts not (always) showing
(1/1)
killerbot:
The underlined character is not always underlined.
Start CB, look at the menu, never an underline visible, press the alt key -> they become underlined (do alt-f -> also in the drop down menu underlined).
Click somewhere outside the menu, underlines are back gone. Go into the file menu, in the drop down menu no underlines.
Windows programs should always show the underline, not only when the alt key is clicked.
I never paid any intention to this, but since Thomas his change on the xrc file (ambiguous menu short cuts) I wanted to check the difference and I noticed this problem. This problem already existed before so it has nothing to do with Thomas his change.
Cheers,
Lieven

Not always if you have set Control Panel - Display - Appereance tab - Effects - Hide underlined letters for keyboard navigation until I press the Alt key.

Correct. And this is the default behaviour, unless you change it in windows...

I don't think this is a bug, but a feature. Firefox does not (yet) use native Windows menu rendering.
