Can not create new project with GTK+

hello, I'm new here :)



I got this error when I tried to create new project with GTK+ GUI ::)
I have read issues regarding this, followed the instructions.
Please help me.

GTK+ location: C:\GTK+, from http://win32builder.gnome.org/gtk+-bundle_3.6.4-20130921_win32.zip
Code::Blocks version: 13.12
OS: Windows 8.1, 32-bit
Compiler: TDM-GCC-32, 4.8.1

You need to modify the Code Blocks GTK+ Wizard to look for GTK+-3.0 rather than GTK+-2.0
