Error box, need guidance

The above is a link to a little movie I took of my problem.
I can get the app to run , but note how many times I have to click the error box.

Anyone have an idea of what I have done wrong?

I have installed.
C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeBlocks
C:\wxWidgets-2.8.12
C:\MinGW

Environmental path to compiler is set and works for the C console apps I code.

Thanks for any advice or questions for more information.

Yes, you're using rc1, which has this know problem.
Install the final release of 13.12 and it will be fixed.
If you've read the topic about rc1 you would have found about the problem.
