CMD Blinking after compiling

Hi I just installed the latest codeblocks, when I create a console application (c++) the main.cpp comes with a hello world program, when I try to build it and run it the cmd flashes with the program then closes and another cmd appears without nothing and I cant close that cmd, Im using the GNU GCC compiler

please help I cant seem to find a solution :P
