I'm the community manager at SourceForge; this hit my radar. I have investigate this a little bit with our team.
Please do me a favor and take a look at this ticket we have on what may be the same issue:

I seems to be the same. Somehow I cannot post comments on this sourceforge thread, so I am posting here instead:

[2013-11-20] Hey folks, I wanted to add some more on this issue... BerliOS and SourceForge are already partnering; you all may want to consider talking to them and see if BerliOS can provide you with the needed data.
I also want to clarify that the SourceForge platform, Allura, is now incubated at Apache; if you all are interested in an importer you could of course join the team over there and propose that change. ;)
