It seems that this file has not been built yet.

Hello everyone I don't know if this issue had already been resolved but recently I started getting this error message whenever I try to run my program or build and run it that says: "It seems that this file has not been built yet. Do you want to build it now?" giving me the options of yes, no, and cancel. Neither of these options make my program run, though, so can anyone help me with this please?

It is not, because most of the times it is a user error or misconfiguration. Please search the forum for details.
