Well I was curious so I did a google search with

"C++ IDE"

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=C%2B%2B+IDE&btnG=Google+Search

and lo and behold

Code::Blocks

7th from the top (or 6th depends on how you look at it).

That's nothing, search for "Free C++ IDE" for the 4th, and "cross-platform C++ IDE" for the first.

Actually there's something about google pages.... in the listing, it says: "A cross-platform IDE for C/C++". I don't know where they got that description from. If we can change it to the description in the webpage, i'm sure we can get to #1 in "free C++ IDE".

Just for curiosity, I have also tried a fast search with altavista. The results are not so great as with Google:

* C++ IDE --> 11th position
* free C++ IDE --> 6th position
* cross-platform C++ IDE --> 2nd position
Anway, to be honest, who does not use Google :D?
