C::B Printer options

I'm having trouble finding out how to change print options in code blocks config.  What I would like is to be able to set a bottom margin as when I print out my source it prints to the very end of the page so the last lines can be cut off.  Setting a bottom margin should solve this.  Another thing I'd like is being able to set page numbers for my source print outs, but it looks like printing is just a straight dump of code to the printer.  Any options for me along these lines?
