Where i can download latest DoxyBlocks plugin?

Where i can download the latest version of this plugin?

I'm using 12.11 rev 8629. It has checkbox in the editor settings: Add doxgen comment, when implementing the function method - but does not add automatically the comments when i'm trying to write /** before the method...
