wxWidgets Problem

FYI: I would guess it is a Compiler/OS issue; but, the "wxWidgets Discussion Forum" would be able to offer suggestions; and, confirm it is NOT a wxWidgets issue.

I would confirm that neither cygwin or MSys are in the system path.
I would also confirm the other standard MinGW GCC issues like there can NOT be a X:\MinGW folder (where X can be any drive letter) at the same time you try to use a different MinGW GCC installation.
