Error: Directory coudn't be created

Oops. I'm using the most recent version (of course), the one with MinGW included, under Windows. I've no idea about the other things Takeshi Miya specified.
You could change the description of the 'Troubleshooting' sub-forum to i.e.
"Are you having a problem? Look in here.
Please specify Code::Blocks version, OS, wxWidgets version, Unicode/ANSI, Compiler version, Debugger version, Obtained from (svn/tgz source/win32 package/linux binary) and Build from (autotools, project files)."

You mean C::B RC2 downloaded here, right? Anyway, you can also try the latest SVN binary snapshots from Therion or Ceniza. Usually latest SVN binary has bugs fixed, new features, etc., but it is unofficial.

Try the latest nightly build, but if you need an ANSI version of C::B (nightly builds are UNICODE), then look at Therion or Ceniza website.
