Please aid me - Environment

Hey guys - I'm trying to make codeblocks work for me, since I've decided to learn the programming basics. I've had codeblocks installed and working before, however I reinstalled it for a clean sweep to make sure it worked.

But whenever I start the codeblocks now I get the following message:
"Environment Error
Can't find compiler executable in your configured search path's for Microsoft Visual C++ 2005/2008"

I have looked for the answers, but I just can't seem to get it working - I'm probably not doing it right.
I have tried to reinstall it several times btw.
