VI commands for C::B
« on: April 24, 2013, 08:23:18 pm »
I hate to ask this because I hate using VI. But I have a colleague that was brought up on Unix and I want him to use C::B. So I'm asking this for him ... is there an addon whereby he can use the VI commands in C::B?

Thanks

Please search the forum and the internet, it have been asked several times.
(most of the time I ignore long posts)

I already did. The only things I can find are how to use VIM as the editor for Code::Blocks. What I want to do is use the VI commands within the Code::Blocks editor.

I don't think there is. I also love the VIM editor, especially for search and replace.
You can modify the source code outside of C::B and when you switch back to C::B it offers to reload the source.
