Suggestion: block editing upgrade
« on: January 04, 2013, 07:31:18 pm »
The new Visual Studio has upgraded their block editing. It is really handy. For example you can make a block (even as thin is 0 bytes) then type and every line belonging to the block gets the characters typed.

I suggest that the block editing in C::B is upgraded to have that capability.

C::B can do this since a long time.
Look at the settings in "Settings -> Editor... -> Margins and caret -> Selections".

Ahh, I see it. Mark "Allow multiple selections" and "Enable typing (and deleting) in multiple selections simultaneously"
