Installing Codeblocks

Hi!

First of all, I would like to apologise if this is a stupid question. I am new on Ubuntu, and I have tried many times, and many ways to install CodeBlocks 12.11 from here: https://launchpad.net/~pasgui/+archive/ppa/ but with no results  :'( . I have Ubuntu 12.10 installed. Could anyone tell me exactly what I have to do? Thank you in advance!  :)
