Watch Window Attached to left upper corner

Hi all,

I am facing this problem.
My all debugging windows are getting attached to leftmost upper corner....and I am not able to control..and move it.
I search for all floating window options...but couldn't find a solution for it..

Please help me with the same. I am new to code block..and having a bad time using it... >:(

Platform, version, steps to reproduce?

Try to click on debugging window's title and use drag and drop to place it somewhere else?
