Built Problem

Captain Fantastic:
Hi...! I'm new in C++,i got some problem with this IDE.
when i wright my program in code::blocks and then want to Run it with F9 i got no error message but nothing happens!!! :-[
i got this  message  "isn't built" and then nothing happens!
what is my problem and what should i do guys?!
Thanks...
i use  code::blocks SVN 7021.
