Rename compiler bug(?)

Jungle:
I've made a copy of GNU ARM GCC Compiler, then renamed it and set up different paths, exe names and options. OK.
Then i renamed it and after C::B restart all options were reset (installation path became empty, exe names became those from GNU ARM). Is it a bug or by design?
