Missing the "Help" icon in Environment Settings

Hi, I down loaded C::B but there is no help icon
in the environment settings tab...what to do? there
is no help on this download 10.05?

Reinstall and enable the contrib plugins...

p.s. I feel my magic ball is working today, but next time please don't count on this and specify a bit more info about your system and problem.
