Code completion doesn't work on new compiled lib

Hello all
i had compiled new third party library i use as debug and i am using it in my application as dynamic library .
but suddenly the code completion that related to this library stooped to work.
other code completions are working fine like the STL for example .
what can be the problem ?
UPDATE:
when im using the same process with the 10.5 version every thing is working fine .
only the new build gives me the problems .
im on windows xp 32 bit
