I want to develop a toolbar that allows developers to create graphical interfaces with this plugin that I need help to develop this plugin (toolbar)

So, what have you done? What's you exact problem?

If some piece of memory should be reused, turn them to variables (or const variables).
If some piece of operations should be reused, turn them to functions.
If they happened together, then turn them to classes.
