Error at compilation

Hi,

I have installed a new PC under Seven 64 Bits.

Re-install all toolschain.

And now I have this when I compil

Path is OK, Registry is Ok...

I can find why

What version of Cyqwin is installed?
Do you have GCC installed under Cygwin?
What version of GCC is installed under Cygwin?

What version of Code::Blocks is installed?
