build dll library fail without any error message in windows

Yes, but you also didn't provide the full build log as suggested there. That's most likely why you receive no help.

the attachment is the recent build log, though  I modified some code, it seems not to have any effect.

Your command is likely too long to work.

FYI: If you post the full compiler log of re-building your project something else might be shown.

If Windows 2000 or before the OS does not support more that 2047 characters on the command line.
